You realy took the plunge. I'm so happy and sad for you. Have you seen the movie "Fairlure to launch"? It's great to own your house but it's so much better if you can sponge of family! Just kidding, I bailed as soon is I was 18 and never looked back. The best advice I can give you is not to let anything get between you both, money can always be found somewhere, if you work together. And try not to choke your kids too often. L8er Tom OMG!!
